Founded in 2018 by former FCA colleagues Misah Maragh and Ademola Omosanya, MEMA Consultants set out to close the gap between off‑the‑shelf advice and the tailored support firms genuinely need. Our approach is personal, pragmatic and always aligned with regulatory expectations.

MEMA is established after Misah and Ademola leave the FCA, determined to provide bespoke regulatory support.

The FCA brings claims‑management companies into its remit. MEMA guides 40+ firms through authorisation—zero rejections.
2020
Service offering broadens to cover wealth‑management, consumer‑credit and corporate‑finance sectors, with MEMA surpassing the 100‑client mark; a significant milestone.
2021–2022
Accepted as a full member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC), underscoring our technical credibility and industry standing.

ADEMOLA OMOSANYA
Ademola is an expert consultant with over a decade of experience across regulation, banking, and consumer credit. As MEMA Consultants co-founder, he leverages extensive regulatory expertise to guide clients through critical processes and full compliance. His experience across sectors enables tailored solutions to complex business challenges. Ademola partners with clients as a strategic advisor to help futureproof their business through an in-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape.
MISAH MARAGH
Misah’s background is in Law and holds a postgraduate qualification. She has over nine years of experience within the financial services sector, which includes working at the Financial Conduct Authority. She is a director at MEMA.Misah has delivered on operational and strategic projects for Global organisations providing consumer services across Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America. She holds extensive experience in leading the implementation of new compliance frameworks including Financial, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Data Privacy, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
